We've spent years transforming ideas into structures that people actually want to live and work in. Each project here tells its own story - some were smooth sailing, others taught us more than we bargained for. That's architecture, though.

Bay Street Office Complex
Project Overview
Downtown Toronto's getting crowded, so when we had the chance to design this 12-story office building, we knew we had to make it count. The client wanted something that'd attract top-tier tenants but also wouldn't look dated in 20 years. We focused on flexibility - the floor plates can be configured about a dozen different ways.

Historic Distillery Conversion
Project Overview
This 1890s distillery sat empty for years before we got our hands on it. Heritage projects are tricky - you've gotta respect what's there while making it work for today. We kept all the original brick, the timber beams, even the old machinery as feature pieces. Now it's mixed-use space with lofts, offices, and retail.
Key Features
Preserved original brick facade and timber structure
